"WARNING: This management fabricated serious criminal accusations in Housing Court to evict me after I reported a dangerous safety issue. I reported a knife hanging by the elevator to management. Instead of addressing the safety hazard, management retaliated with a baseless, malicious lawsuit to evict me. They falsely accused me of "threatening employees with a knife." Key Facts: NO police report was filed. NO arrest was made. NO evidence exists to support their claim. They fabricated a "knife threat" story, took it to Housing Court, and tried to ruin my life and housing record with malicious lies. To Management: Prove your accusation. Show the police report. Show any evidence. You have nothing. Look at the lack of police involvement and judge for yourselves what this management is capable of when you report a danger in this building in"

"I respectfully ask for multiple maintenance requests, the people really don't care if theres an issue. My neighbors smoke detectors go off for days I ask the front desk 5 times, they don't care at all. Why do I have to ask many times for something that takes 2 minutes. My windows weren't closing properly during the winter to the point my unit was freezing. Again "we will send somebody up." They don't care. I had to pay $250 out of pocket to fix it. I really just can't with this building. I ask nicely, they just genuinely don't care at all despite very high rent prices. It's just horrific like I genuinely don't know how people can sleep thru a smoke alarm for days in a row on two occasions in the past few months. Why do I have to sleep in earplugs for an apartment that charges this much rent. Sorry but it's basically a scam, there are many other high rises nearby with better reviews. Edit: Many days in the winter there was no hot water. Now it's warmer and three days the AC is broken. How can someone sleep without AC, are we in the dessert? I swear if there was a negative -10 star review, I would choose that. This building is just horrific im telling you. They want to raise my rent next year. You would be better off living in any part of nyc than this place. Scam is an understatement. Daylight robbery at its finest."
